Fees

How much does certification cost?

An initial project registration fee is paid. Following registration, the design team will have access to all the calculators and initial IGBC support including design team charrette if needed to carry out a pre-assessment of the proposed development. Registration fees are non-refundable. The developer may then decide to proceed to certification.

Please note that fees are subject to change.

Certification fees (from 10th February 2023 – may be subject to revision thereafter – Prices exclude VAT.)

These are calculated per home as follows:

5 – 100 @ €55/home

101 – 250 @ €45/home

251 – 500 @ €35/home

500+ @ €25/home

Example A – A development of 63 homes is calculated as follows : (63 x €55) = € 3,465.00

Example B – A development of 563 homes is calculated as follows : (100 x €55 + 150 x €45 + 250 x €35 + 63 x €25) = € 22,575.00

In all cases the registration fee must have been paid.
